Sony Special Products' It's Your Thing collects a bunch of highlights from the Isley Brothers' classic recordings for T-Neck. Although it's simply a haphazard collection of hits and highlights from their various albums, their records of the era were so strong, they can be rearranged in any form and the end result will be quite listenable -- as this proves.
