An ex-cop with a penchant for head-whacking martial arts, Tucker is called back into action when his nephew (Julius J. Carrey III) gets hooked on Angel Dust. Enlisting the cool sensibilities of his gal Friday Noel (Carol Speed), Tucker declares war on Stinger (James H. Hawthorne), the nation's largest producer of Dust.
